Equipment Rental Agreement

  • The price of the equipment rent has to be fully prepaid in the first day of the rent.
  • As a guaranty document you can use your passport or ID.
  • If you would like to book the equipment for a certain date, it is necessary to make a prepayment of 30% of the total service cost.  In case of cancellation the prepayment amount does not return.
  • You always get your equipment clean and dry, so please pay special attention to the state of equipment, when returning it after rent.  It must be intact, dry and clean as well.  If it’s dirty and wet, we will have to charge you an additional amount (1 day rental price).
  • The amount of reimbursement of lost or damaged equipment will be determined by the fact of assessing and calculating damages.

Kayak/cataraft Rental Agreement

  • The price of the rent is indicated per day and includes all necessary equipment: a cataraft or kayak itself, paddles, life jackets and pumps.
  • Transfer is not included in the rent price and will depend on the length of the itinerary.  
  • As a guarantee we require your ID and 2000 UAH or 500 $ (for each unit).
  • If you would like to book the equipment for a certain date, it is necessary to make a prepayment of 50% of the total service cost.  In case of cancellation, the prepayment amount does not return, but there is an opportunity to change the dates of the rent.
  • Pay special attention to the state of equipment, when returning it after rent.  It must be intact, dry and clean.  If it’s dirty and wet, we will have to charge you an additional 200 UAH.
  • The amount of reimbursement of lost or damaged equipment will be determined by the fact of assessing and calculating damages.
  • When returning the outfit of the previously booked term, the payment is not returned, when returning later the time, the actual value of the rental is charged.
