Day 2

«Two mountains»

This morning we will travel south to Vododilnyi mountain range, where the trail follows an old border and leads up to the summit of  Mt. Bratkivska 1788m. Before II World War this territory was owned by Poland and Czechoslovakia. On the border we take our lunch enjoying really picturesque Carpathian scenery. After that, we will continue our hike to Mt. Gropa 1763m, which is amazing viewpoint. Leaving the summit we head down to the next campsite.

Day 3

«The lost border»

Today we’ll explore Vododilnyi mountain range along the border. Our path goes through the old pine forest. These places are full of memories. You can still find here soldier trenches which were made during the First World War. It's hard to imagine how difficult was to maintain a line of defense in such severe mountain conditions, especially in winter time. Our campsite is located on the Pantyr alpine meadow, which is perfect place for sunset and sunrise photography.

Walking time – 7 hrs.

Day 4

«The Legions’ mountain pass»

Another day of hiking in the shadow of the Carpathian forest and amazing mountain views continue! This time we head to the Legions’ mountain pass. Here, in 1914 going over the Carpathians, polish legions made the Cross about 8 meters high, as a symbol of independence. On the memorial desk you can see patriotic poem that was written by young legionnaire. Leaving the pass we follow the trail up to the top of Tavpishyrka mountain range. During the hike we'll be able to enjoy the expansive views of the surrounding summits and ranges. Our path leads down to the very interesting place – Peklo rock, which has mysterious meaning for locals. We camp tonight on the Rushchyna alpine meadow.

Walking time – 8 hrs.

Day 5

«Two summits of Syvula»

After breakfast, we leave campsite and going to climb the highest summits of Gorgans: Mala Syvula 1818m and Velyka Syvula 1836m. These mountains are beautiful, they remind huge pyramids, covered with big stones. After that, our path leads down through the Boyaryn alpine meadow to Salatruk River. In the river valley group stops for the last night, but before, we’ll visit Salatruchil waterfall 6 meters high and nice small lake.

Walking time – 7 hrs.
