Day 1

In the morning you will meet your guides and the rest of your group at the railway station (main entrance) in Ivano-Frankivsk. There we will get a shuttle bus to the starting point of our hike – mountain village Tatariv. We start our trip by hiking the old serpentine trail that leads us to the lovely alpine meadow Khomyakiv where the group will stop for the first night. We can also make a short hike up to the top of Mt. Khomyak 1542m, before sunset.  From the summit you can see an eye-popping panorama of Ukrainian Carpathians. In a good weather you will enjoy the view of Chornohora mountain range and Hoverla, rocky summits of Gorgans and picturesque valley of mountain river Prut.

Day 2

«Ascending Gorgans»

Today will be a spectacular day! In the morning the group heads up to Synyak summit 1665m. You will definitely enjoy breathtaking views of Carpathian Mountains. After lunch we continue to explore Synyak mountain range, covered with big stones and rocks, ascending the Malyi Gorgan summit 1592m. One of the best panoramic views opens from this summit, that’s really good viewpoint, where you can take amazing pictures. We camp tonight in Bladzhyv alpine meadow, which is situated in the foot of Malyi Gorgan Mount.

Day 3

«From Carpathians to Dnister»

From our campsite we’re going to visit the most popular in Ukrainian Carpathians mountain resort Bukovel. Our path leads down through the old pine forest and Vilshynets river valley. From Bukovel the group gets a shuttle that will take us to the Dnister River (Nezvysko village). Driving time is about 3 hours. Here on the river bank we have some safety trainings and after loading our gear and ourselves into the boats we start our Dnister rafting. First stop – Rakovets village, where the group visits an old half-ruined castle of XVII century. Nowadays there is only one tower left that is more than 300 years guarding waters of the Dnister River. After a short excursion we’re getting back to the boats and leaving for the campsite in Kopachynci village.

Day 4

«The Red Mountain»

After the breakfast we break the camp and load our boats. The entertaining program stays the same – warm sun, nice water, swimming, fishing and full relaxation.Today the group is heading for the village Beremiany. Here we are going for a short walk. We’ll ascend Red Mountain – one of the most popular observing points of the canyon. Also it’s considered to be the warmest place in this area, as during even the coldest winters the snow stays here only for couple days. From the top you can take amazing panoramic pictures of the Dnister Canyon. This night we’ll spend in Lytyachi village .

Day 5

«Dzhuryn waterfall & Chervonograd castle»

Another exciting day! We’re having 11 km rafting to Ustechko village. Here our rafting adventure finishes but it’s not the end of tour yet. We have for you an interesting excursion to the wonderful waterfall Dzhuryn (16 m high), ruins of Chervonograd castle of XVII century and Catholic Church of XVIII century. After excursion our tourist group will be picked up by a shuttle bus, leaving for Ivano-Frankivsk.
